The approved Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tadeed eInvoicing has been prepared by the company. The full approved wording will be published on this page once payment-gateway, auto-renewal, and refund-review operational details are confirmed against the live application.
- Refunds are not automatically promised by the application.
- Refund requests follow the approved review process.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not by itself delete statutory invoice, tax, accounting, audit, or ZATCA records.
